Our Company

Our company has taken advantage of the fundamental presence and experience of the first founder, Ioannis Arkoulis in the field of constructions, who was succeeded by his son Christos Arkoulis since 1993 until now. Since then it has been a steady value in the field of construction, following an upward route in the quantity and quality of its edifices, combining the excellent know-how and the excellent technical training of ourselves and our partners.

Our successful activity with constructing and selling  residences-shops, renovations of every kind and services in the technical-constructional field, is mainly located in the prefecture of Attica and in the island of Kea (Tzia) in the Cyclades, being at the same time ready to organize and undertake any other private project in any other place of your choice in Greece.

Our business is a founding member of the Union of Building Constructors of Greece and it has been a member of its Board Council for ten years, which represents thousands of technical offices all over Greece.

Our twenty and even more years of experience in the field of constructing buildings have set us high in the preference and trust of our customers and we and our workforce try to strengthen and repay these values by our continuous and nonstop supervision of our projects.

All the above provide the absolute guarantee and safety that the residence you will choose, either for your main or your secondary needs, is built with excellent materials (a high percentage of these is accompanied by quality guarantees ISO), ergonomic, functional, resistant through the lapse of time and turnkey within the time limit that has been set.
